Valves used in industrial facilities and urban utility facilities can be broadly divided into two categories. One is industrial generic valve, other is industrial instruments regulating valve.

Pneumatic diaphragm control valve is one main sort of industrial instruments regulating valves, inluding motor operated valves and hydraulic valves. Both of them are generally used as regulating valves, not cut-off valves. Therefore, in the installation process of instrumentation regulator valves, manual cut-off valves should also be installed at the front and back end of instrumentation regulator valves in the pipeline for used as cut-off valves in opening and closing equipments, in the open parking equipment and emergency treatment accident or when the valves need maintenance.
